I’ve fallen ill. Boohoo.

But here at Wats-Co we have a team of well trained health care specialists. Always there to bring you clear liquids and vitamin supplements. Offer you toast and tell you how terrible you really look. : ) Apparently I looked terrible. Terrible enough to get a few extra hugs and a sympathy run to the grocery store for vegetable soup. Thank goodness the health care specialists aren’t partnered with the new av division of Wats-Co. “No pictures please.” That’s all I’m sayin’!

First off, I WON!!!!! I WON!!!!!!!! I, me, little old me, me, I. I won. I read a blog called My Love for You is a Stampede of Horses..ok, it’s an awesome art blog. But anyway. I read it daily or- as new posts are available via my google reader. Well, one day recently I was just reading along when suddenly Meighan, the blogger…blog curator…blog master? Meighan, posted about a give away. You know, where some one offers up something awesome, and you, blog reader say, ” Hey, that’s pretty kick ass! I’d like to win that.” So you post a comment like the blog master told you to do if you wanted to win this giveaway thing. Well, I did that sort of thing just the other day over at ML4U and wouldn’t you never guess it, except for the fact that I frickin told you it… I won!!!!! RIGHT! I know! So AWESOME! So so cool. And so is her blog so go check it out. ML4U

OK, and then- my desire for Chinese food helped me make it to play practice. ….???… let me explain….As we Wats-co-nians were sitting around wondering what to do for dinner, I said to the Mister, “Hey mister, before we go get dinner…. do you have rehearsal tonight?” To which he said, ” I don’t think so, but I’ll double check.” checking checking…..Oh sn’awesome! “I don’t have rehearsal tonight, but the royal wives do,” Him says. “No shit!” I says. “Mmm hmm,” Him replies. “Darn!” I retort, “That means no Chinese for me tonight.” Not only did my Chinese food hankerin’ save me from missing practice. It also prompted young Daniel to say, “Can I go with you to practice?” To which I said, “Well, let’s make sure Laura’s going, because otherwise that’s two long hours of you sitting by yourself.” So young Daniel calls young Laura which makes Dianna (who’s Laura’s momma who’s also a royal wife like me) say, “What?! We the royal wives have rehearsal tonight? Eek!” So she and I make it to rehearsal thanks in part to my craving for Chinese food.

So after my rehearsal, (which I didn’t miss and wasn’t even late for) I came home and found out I won the giveaway. I just think my life is beyond terrific. For realz.

Next on my list of awesome. Night swimming. I love love love night swimming. Seriously. We did it again tonight. It’s rather different than day swimming. It just is.

Lastly-ish on my list….The new camcorder. It is fun to play with- but interestingly, makes me want to watch what I wear and say and things like that. hmm, not sure if that’s awesome or not. I’ll think that over. However, Danny has taken to being the camera man quite nicely. I like that. Also- side note, but factually factual non the less -our young friend Laura, is quite possibly the most photogenic person I’ve ever seen. (That’s a side note awesome.)

Why? Because we got a new video camera and I like that song.

Today we say goodbye to our dear old Borf. Borf you were never easy to start. You had rust everywhere. We never really could count on you. Remember the time you ran out of gas. Remember the time we got caught in the rainstorm and it got so foggy I had to open the windows and get soaked the whole way home- I had my groceries with me. They got wet too. Remember the time there was a bee in the cab and I started whacking at it unrelentingly with my purse only to realize my cell phone was in there. My cell phone lived. The bee did not. Remember how a friend of ours asked if he could use you to pick up some manure and you refused to start for several months because of the mere mention of us treating you like shit. He had to use his minivan instead. Oh Borf. You were always way too loud. You held up traffic everywhere you went. More than once I got the reverse peace sign, missing the pointer finger salute because you just refused to go. We’ve had some adventures. I hope you have a life filled with more of the same. I hear they’re going to paint you black. We might not even recognize you the next time we see you. Good luck to you dear Borf!

Our friend Denise brought a special treat from Tampa this weekend. These donuts are overflowing with yum. Really. Boston Cream Donuts they way they were meant to be- coated entirely in chocolate and oozing with custard. (A total diet cheat worthy treat.)

Just some stuff that I've read recently and found interesting…

Tonight we watched the last episode of Lost- thank you live steaming Justin T.V.

It was, just okay- for me. Some parts were really good like Sun and Jin & James and Juliet getting to see their other side and being all lovey dovey. BUT- some parts were really unawesome- for example the big giant fight between Jack and Locke- aka the smoke monster was WTF, you can kill him just like that so super easy no surprise comeback, come on! you’ve got to be kidding me this thing killed like I eat potato chips and now a few punches and a kick off a cliff and poofs! he’s dead. hmm-unawesome. Otherwise, it was a nice show. Could have done without the church at the end, but that’s the picky atheist in me. : ) Could’ve also done without the Christian Shepard being there in the end. All in all, it was okay. I don’t feel as let down as I did at the end of BSG (Battle Star Gacraptica) so it wasn’t all bad.

Is next- Dancing with the Stars finals, and then I don’t have to watch t.v. ever ever again- woohoo!
